You do not need to diagnose the problem yourself.

Step 2 — Submit a Briefing Request
Download and Complete the Executive Strategic Briefing Request Form.
You will be asked to provide your Executive AI Clarity Report™ reference information and briefly describe the issue you want addressed, the organizational context, the people or functions affected, and what you would like the engagement to help you resolve.
You may also be asked to provide relevant non-confidential documents or background information necessary to understand the issue.

Step 3 — Scope the Engagement
Your request will be reviewed to determine the nature, complexity, and likely extent of the work required. You will then receive a proposed scope, price, and expected briefing process before committing to the engagement.
There is no obligation to proceed simply because you requested a quotation.
Step 4 — Confirm the Engagement
Once the scope and fee are accepted and payment arrangements completed, the Executive Strategic Briefing™ begins.
The engagement is conducted entirely online.
Depending on the matter, this may involve written exchanges, document review, structured analysis, and one or more private Zoom meetings.
Step 5 — Clarify and Resolve
